Before I hand over the key I do a number of checks and the sgtools check flagged a previous unactivated win (Pit Blocks 3D). Once support clears you the key will be released. Might take a few days, although the last support ticket was done in 1 day so I will cross my fingers :)
It was my mistake.
I did indeed win and activated the key, but after a while Steam said it was expired and it disappeared from my library.
I did not save images and did not contact support.
After a long time, the alarm went off in SG and I was penalized for 4 days (I think it was 4).
I'm sorry, because it's not something I do, and I was left with sanction and no game.
These things happen. Next time a key is revoked, you know to contact the giver of the game on Steamgifts. The win can be removed from your record and then does not show up as unactivated, so no error will pop up on sgtools.
The only way to erase this "unactivated win" now is for you to obtain another key for Pit Blocks 3D and activate it on your account.
Depends on whether you care or not. Any games that you win on Steamgifts will now be passed on to you as Support will clear you, as your suspension has already been served.
