Pay ahead on my bills until I don't have to worry about them for the rest of my life and invest most of the rest. Of course, I'm just like anyone else, I'd also replace some stuff with newer and better quality things but for the most part, I'd just like the stability and security of it, rather than burning through it by purchasing stupid stuff like planes, expensive cars or scarface mansions when you'd only get to enjoy them for a short time before the payments on them get too much for the remaining money that didn't get blown immediately on other frivolous things.

I would buy a normal house that is big enough, I would reform it to put cryptocurrency miners and I could live happily

Well, 10 million dollars is a lot, so I would do a lot....
But firstly I would take care of my parents property, it needs some cash thrown at it so they can live out their olden golden days in some comfort.

Buy or develop houses for rental properties.
