It will show on their profile that they have one giveaway marked as "Not Received". They will also lose 1 giveaway slot. Other than this, no there is no further punishment to be had for failing to deliver a gift. If it were to become a habit, then we at Staff would look into the matter. Otherwise, we do not punish users for what is most likely an honest mistake.
