I have three options:

I may acquire an unrestricted key/gift to give to the winner of this giveaway. --> I will not do that.

I may accept this giveaway as "Not Received".
I may try to delete this giveaway.
(In order to do that, I will need the winner's permission. Please ask them if they agree to delete this giveaway and ask the winner to leave a comment on the giveaway page stating they are ok with having the giveaway deleted.)

So it depends on you.
Either you will accept the giveaway as not recieved or we will delete this giveaway.
In full transparency these are our options. I am very sorry and apologize that I didn't read those region restrictions when making those gifts and making you this kind of stress (joy of winning and region restriction).
