I accidentaly purchased this thinking i didnt have it lmao, i was just to stupid to enable it in the Launcher ^^.
I couldnt select all 3 Dlcs at once but this key includes:
Dawnguard, Dragonborn and Hearthfire
they are hidden in the Steam store, but if you search for every DLC on google it will show up in the search results. It sucks 'cuz the DLC being hidden never go on sale and they are always full price
