How do they get away with this... and charging 10 dollars. =/

Not saying anything against the gifter giving it away, it's not his fault. Just annoys me to see Steam allow these so called devs to charge money for these things.

Yeah, Valve does not care about asset flips, unfortunately. So this was mostly just a PSA for people, to spread the word.
