Can we enter for dlc only? I have base game, but dlc is slightly more than half the value, otherwise usually I will not even consider if it's less than half - unless specified.

Well, I have no problem, if you want to play that game and enter only for dlcs.:) If you just want to finish collection as owning all dlcs for game and don't want to play it anytime, then I would prefer not, but still I am fine if you enter. I will only reroll, if someone is missing only OST as it wouldn't be fair to others.
