Hello, i am not sure so i am saying this, but people are not asking if they "can" join, they know they can, they just want to know if you, the kind soul who is ginving this gem to us, are okay with the sole idea of joining a giveaway only for dlcs. Some people here don't like it because it, somehow steal the chance of someone who could discover the game in its whole^^

They are asking that because it is up to you if you want them to join for this reason or not since it says in FAQ :

"What are the rules for entering to win Steam packs if I currently own a number of the games contained within?

We ask users not to enter giveaways for packages if they already own the majority of the games. This allows for winners that will receive the most value out of their gift. In the end, the giveaway creator has the final say, and if they believe the winner owns too many of the packaged games, we'll allow them to request a new winner."

i also hesitate to join. Normally i wouldn't since i finished the game without dlc and i don't feel the urge to get dlcs, but i heard that some of the content of dishonored 2 would be in relation with some dlc of the first one, so.. well ill wait for when the game will be released to get more info on that haha
