Since i posted that text into around 20 GA's i got 3 BL -_-.
I not know how to write it friendlier or more like only a advice and not a rule for the giver.
Not possible to make it that it fits for all.
And maybe the Autojoiners and Bot user people have BL me :D

Sounds lucky when i think on my own experiences.
I had 90% by the open for all GA's that need forever to take the game, set the hook and a thanks came never from them :o(
Massive work to run behind them to give out the Win. Writing in old GA's, in steam, over there emailadress. And always see them then nearly the complete day online (each day) without any reaction.
Later i found out that this ones are the bot owners and autojoiners.
I tried a lot of different levels and experienced that first on lvl2+, open for all, the rate of real winners raise up to 60%.
So i prefer not to make, unsecured, open for all GA's since this time (60% is me not enough because i want not support bot owners and people that use exploits -autojoiners and stuff-).

Because i gave this answer to a other one i copy it to you too. Maybe useful.

When you want give it out to lvl 0 is it possible without problems.
Only use "invitation only" and Create a Forum Thread.
With this way a lot of the bots, autojoiners and other not so nice people found not the way into your GA's.
By this way i have no statistic numbers because i saved my thread with sgtools too :o)
When you use sgtools (sgtools.info) you can set rules. Partly set a hook, partly fill in 0.5 or anything like that and when you are experienced you can set custom rules where as example all that own CS:GO can't join your GA or only a fixed number can join your GA or only people with a wishlist smaller as 400 ... or whatever else... the possibilities are very high.
I can say the winners are then real players, no 7 days waiting on a hook, they found the word thanks and the work after the end of the GA is near zero.
I give my stuff mostly out to lvl 1, then i can set a real cv ratio rule too (in my case 0.5 = maximum won double of the given) :o)
