I was going to take a break until Momodora IV was released, but I would up winning a few more things recently, and now I have won more gifts than I have sent! I do not need to mark it as received right? And I thought steamgifts won't let me roll on anything I own but it did, so I didn't realize I had that DLC either, no harm done. Thank you for the giveaway

Nope, you just have to wait until a new winner is chosen, and it should disappear from your wins, I think.
Since it does not appear in your library, Steamgifts is not able to see it either, which is why it let you enter! (Most DLC will not appear in your library, but I thought this one would since another GameGuru DLC did. I wonder why they are different?)
