Dear support, could you please delete this giveaway? Users seems to be inactive, also mostly at steam.

Its just normal duplicate / not valid key problematic. I don't wanna give someone a not received this early in his sgifts career :D

We can only delete the giveaway at the request of the creator.

You should mark the giveaway as not recieved. If they wish to have the giveaway deleted, they can request it in a "Delete giveaway" ticket.
