It's not fair to Germans, so I figured I'd point it out so people in Germany wouldn't get screwed with an unusable key, or waste points on it.
I can only guess is has something to do with some kind of law, though I don't know what.

I don't think its a law, since the game itself is available here. Probably some weird licensing issue
