hmmm they removed regular version of Rise of The Tomb Raider, and now you can only find 20 year celebration in steam stores (including season pass). make sure to notice them this is base game only!
ye i know, it's not your fault. it's Steam Stores, they removed base game only, so now the only choice you have is buying RotTR 20 year celebration. the base game only is not avalaible anymore in the stores.
before you could buy RotTR for 60$ + 20 years celebration for 30$ or so.. now only 1 version containing all DLCs for 60$

There is separate choices in the creation page for the base game and enhanced releases.
