Why does it have "visual novel" tag in the store?

Tags are user-defined and the story sequences in between the combat sections somewhat resemble a visual novel, so people must have started adding the tag "just because". The focus is very much on the strategic combat, however.

Steam tags are awful. If you want to search for example for some point and click adventure game you will probably got as a result few shooters, seriously. Also RPG tag is overused as well as few others.
Valve should ban those trolls, they are ruining possibility to search for games by tags...

My favorite is when a game is tagged both Difficult and Casual because too many people think the latter applies to anything not with AAA production cost.
