Your keys are from bundles. The threads on SG tell you to which countries they are restricted. None of them have restrictions that warrant your giveaway pattern. Take from the whole world = give to the whole world in my book.
Just asking - you made most of your giveaways region-free, and only started the hardcore region-locking a few months ago. But nothing really changed with Canada, as far as I know? Definitely not enough to guarantee a blanket-blocking of every single other country of the globe.
Please allow the question: why are all of your giveaways region locked? I am essentially blacklisted by you without you having to press the button. It doesn't feel good gifting to somebody who only shares with a selected few while taking from everyone, you know?!
