I think you should change the thumbnail of the game. It looks like a platformer game inn the thumbnail , the problem is with the thumbnail/cover of the game

The current thumbnail, featuring a woman in an office, gives the impression of a 2D platformer or simulation game. Since this is a horror game, a darker and more unsettling thumbnail would be more fitting to convey the eerie atmosphere
