there's a misunderstanding regarding this ticket:

As Jatan already stated the user did not have a multiple win, I made a mistake when I checked if they were marked as received because I overlooked another game with the term "lord" in it that showed up in the search results.
After I had received Jatan's message I also delievered the key immadeiatey to lochive via the SG system as well as via sending out an email. I cannot deliver a second key to a second winner.

That giveaway was mark as received. He really changed his feedback. This is one of the reasons why he is suspended.

Since your ticket was still open why did you not close it? :( I approved it due his suspension.

Please submit a ticket, so we can put it on admin's queue. He will fix the winner.

But what do I do if he already redeemed the key I have sent him? I'm having a problem then.

I didn't close the ticket because I was thinking Jatan would do so after he had read my reply.

I sent out the key to the new winner in hopes the old winner hasn't redeemed it yet

If the key is still valid, it would be great. I hope so.
In this case, no more action is required.

But what do I do if he already redeemed the key I have sent him?

If the old winner used the key, you should submit a ticket under Other category linking your reroll ticket.
cg will fix your giveaway. It will take a lot due his backlog.

Heya Ronix, sorry to bother, but the issue we were discussing here half a year ago is still unsolved, although I filed a ticket straight away. Been waiting for six months now for somebody to change my undeserved "not received" into a rightfully "received" feedback.
Can you please do something?!?!

It was thxs to you that i could do the 4 x 20 games giveaway the other day. You made my giveaway slots bigger for my (still planned) event. Unfortunatly I didn't get to it yet, but I did start saving up keys for when I do. As a small thanks:

If you're talking about your reports, supports cannot access that category, so atm SleepyCat is the only one (except me) that can review User Reports. The other mods are currently away due to real life duties.
That's why I'm active most on "mod only" categories and on "request new winner" one.

About other tickets (reroll-delete-request feedback-other) I think they have been reviewed by other staff members too. Am I wrong?

ah, yes, you are right, several times it was SleepyCat and TempeteJoachim for rerolls, but all reports are resolved by you!:D btw I still have several new ones just so you know when you have time:p good job on them, thanks:)

Hey! Sorry for contacting you here. I see you've been handling my user reports, but rather limited actions have been taken against them (or at least from what is visible to me), so I'd like to know.. am I clogging up support? I've been going through my blacklist (thought it was time to do some cleaning) and as expected, a lot of them has broken the rules at some point by not activating their wins and/or winning multiple times for the same game, and so I've been reporting them.

I have no idea how the system works, but I don't wanna spam support with dozens of invalid/irrelevant reports every week, so I'd like to know if I'd been doing the right thing. If I haven't, could you roughly explain to me what's report-worthy and what isn't, when it comes to multiple wins/unactivated wins?

Hopefully if I understand better I'll be spamming a lot less :P

Don't worry. You are one of the few people who list the unactivated wins. It is really appreciated!
So please keep reporting users

The only way to know if a suspension was already served is submitting a ticket.

I have no idea how the system works

About reroll: you should always request a reroll for multiple wins/unactivated wins. If someone did not activate wins and has not been suspended for it yet, we apply the necessary suspension and then proceed with the reroll. If someone did not activate wins but has already been suspended for it, we check if this happened during the past month. If yes, we approve the reroll. If it happened a long time ago, we decide that this user has already served their time and decline the reroll.
If you submitted a reroll ticket, you could skip the one in User Report category.

About reports: remember that no one can post a reply in that category. We simply check the user's profile, then if the suspension was already served, we just close the ticket, otherwise we put the appropriate suspension and an extension if the user was previously suspended for the same reason.
