@FabioCav
Hello, as i can see you do not playing in wonned games. What for you joined my giveaway?
Comment has been collapsed.
Hi, @Bazilus.
I entered in your GA because it was a public GA.
Comment has been collapsed.
You entered not only for farming cards? Planning to play "Crookz - The Big Heist"?
Comment has been collapsed.
@Bazilus, with all the respect you deserve, I don't need to report my plans or intentions. I didn't break any site rules when logging into your GA and I won't break it if I never play this game and if I'm wrong and have broken any rules, I'll be glad to be told about it and no doubt won't do it again.
People open public GA and wish to control access or the attitudes of those who enter the public GA, it doesn't make sense. I understand your intentions but I don't agree with wanting to apply them in a public GA as the SG gives you options to make restricted GA's.
You've already asked me why I got into your GA, I've already answered and I don't think we have anything else to talk about it. Feel free to send or not the game, but before you make your decision, do not forget that I did not break any rules of Steam Gifts.

Because Steamgift in first its place where people gives away self purchased games, i have some wishes about it and this written in GA description.
Give me promise about gonna playing wonned game and i'll send key. In alternative you can give chance to someone more interested in it and write about agree with reroll.
With all the respect you deserve.

@Bazilus.,as I said before, I understand your ideal but I have every right to strongly disagree with that and I disagree, as I've done as many GA's as you and I've always only applied the site's rules.
I don't break the site's rules and I don't need to make you any promises because as you know, there is no rule that determines commitment in playing won games, much less a rule that obliges you to promise the GA creator that you will play. I DON'T AGREE WITH REROLL because I don't see any reason for that since the GA was public, I was drawn and there are no impediments based on the site's rules for me to receive the game, but it's up to you to decide whether to deliver the game or not.
This is my final position and you must decide yours.
Even disagreeing with your thinking, I have no regrets from you and I wish you all the best! Bye!

Was invited only people with interested play in this game and this written in description of GA, you ignored it. You says something about respect, but ignoring my wishes. No promise - no prize.
Update: If you not interested play in this game, give chance to someone else.

Sorry, but the winner is correct that he is not breaking any rules by not playing a game. He does not need to promise that.
There are specific groups that have such rules (Playing Appreciated, Playing Matters, and some more I believe).
You cannot set your own rules just by writing it in the giveaway description, sorry.

For the record, I was the GA winner, I don't agree with a reroll. The 7-day game delivery deadline has expired and I haven't received it, so I'm marking NOT RECEIVED for this GA.

You still can obtain the prize. Just give me promise to play in "Crookz - The Big Heist".

This is not a special rule, this is an ordinary politeness. Taking into FabioCav answers clearly makes it clear that he is not going to play it, even try it. Output - he does not need the game.
Any option to add one more winner to this GA's? I want give game to someone who more interested in it.

As I mentioned in your support ticket:
We can only reroll the giveaway in 3 cases:
The amount of wins or time played cannot be grounds for a reroll. All entries are treated equally - if they were able to enter your giveaway, they are eligible to receive the game. You are free to refuse to send the game to the winner - in this case it will be marked as "Not Received" and you will lose 1 giveaway slot.
Sorry, but we cannot select a new winner.

FabioCav still can obtain the prize, but he rejecting my option. This is dead end.

Can you point me to the comment or conversation where he rejects it?
I can see here that he clearly states that he does not agree with the reroll

and here

I will leave a reply to the winner here too, to check

I'm asking for addition winner (one more) - not the reroll. FabioCav can stay on his position.

This giveaway is for one Steam key for the game, so there is only one winner.
Currently that winner is waiting for their key that they are entitled to.
Comment has been collapsed.
Currently he not waiting anything, we both know our positions, he rejected mine, that all.
Comment has been collapsed.
Have you received the key from the giveaway creator?
If you do receive the key, please activate the game and update your feedback to received.
Thank you
Comment has been collapsed.
Of course he not received any key. But he can received key right after he give me honestly word to play this game. Are you really read discussion?
Comment has been collapsed.
Proceed as you wish, but you created a public giveaway and are refusing to give it to the winner.
This will be noted on your account.

Winner don't need prize, this is his choice.

@Threepw00d,I didn't receive the game activation key that I won in Level 5 Public GA, which I entered for having the necessary qualifications based on SteamGifts rules and, for my part, no rules were violated.
For a new registration, so I just said I DO NOT AGREE WITH REROLL for personal wishes that do not comply with the site's rules.

Understood, thank you
