According to steam db, the game was removed from service on November 25, 2019 and is no longer available for purchase. How can I provide a new winner with a new copy of the game, it no longer exists. And it's not possible to check if attached key is activated by previous participant either.
Sorry for the difficulty in solving this situation.
I can buy any other game (equivalent to last cost) and send it to new winner - Kronos24. He will write back to you, can you then successfully close this giveaway?
