Honestly, I have no set schedule for it. If they still look and feel comfy and clean, I don't worry about it. Sometimes it's under a week, sometimes it's a couple weeks. I should probably be stricter about it, I guess.
Same here. That’s how I go about it except for example if I’ve had the flu or been particularly sweaty or there’s some other impending reason I should change them very soon. One time the cat got sick on them too so there was that.
