This software will be useless if you don't know RPG MAKER or something like this, you notice? ;)

Because maybe they have it on No-Steam Version or same on illegal issues.
It's just that this software is useless if you don't have any RPG MAKER ^^
It exports png with layers, which can be opened in gimp, pdn or whatever and saved as gif, which means that it is designed to make your life easier if you use RPG Maker, but it doesn't mean that it cannot be used in another engines / software or with another purposes than videogames, just like Axis' game factory is designed to be used with Unity, but since it can export fbx, it can be imported by any engine (just not as easy as it is to do so with Unity for some things).
Basically, I don't see why one would need to own / have used RPG Maker in order to win.
I don't own RPG maker and I need this to make the animated parts of the GUI in my game (for which I use Leadwerks). If you are not OK with me entering the giveaway, please say so and I will withdraw the entry. or will decline the gift so you can ask for a reroll if I did not see your comment in time.

Well, yes, but since you bought it with your money and gave it away out of your generosity, the only decent thing we can do is to follow your rules.
That's why I was wondering if it is alright for you that people like me enter the giveaway or not (who use the potential of this software a lot less than people who actually use RPG Maker). obviously, no hard feelings and thanks for the giveaway! :)
