Apparently, according to the Humble Bundle page, Manhunt is not available in the following countries: Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Cuba, Sudan, Japan, Singapore, Yemen. But it seems to be redeemable in any country, so there's no restrictions actually, I suppose.

i think it will be restricted to the country of the person who reveals the key so it maybe best if you send the gift link and not the key. i'm not 100% on this so i would confirm it first.
