Regarding your recent ticket which I've just closed:
Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the rules of Steamgifts as outlined in the FAQ and Guidelines. Especially the part where it says:

An entry will be considered invalid if you enter a group restricted giveaway and the giveaway creator is able to prove you were removed from the corresponding Steam group prior to the giveaway ending.

Meaning all you have to do if someone like that wins is to open a Request New Winner ticket and provide the screenshot from the group history. It's common practice. Synching a profile also doesn't remove already existing entries.
