Thanks! I didn't plan to post Estonian punk rock bands here, as I don't really listen to them and have no proper information, but as I won, I feel I have to.
Estonian most famous punk band would probably be J.M.K.E and the most famous punk rock song would be "Tere Perestroika" - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HDUFL_HW_7A.
Another band would be Vennaskond. They have different styles, their most famous song would be "Insener Garini Hüperboloid" - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x0Dbdd2PZMs
The last one is more of a slower song, but the bank did punk rock as well.
Both of the bands are old bands, from 90s. Maybe you like, maybe you don't, but that's what Estonia has offer.
