I don't know what happened. It was a key directly from Fanatical, and I did not activate it myself since I already owned this DLC.
However, rather than make any accusations against them, or the previous winner that requested a reroll (after viewing the key), or you, I've purchased another copy of it and tied it to the giveaway. Please try again with the new key.
