Hi, Khalaq, I know this seems inappropriate, but what should I do if the game I won here got revoked and I can't change the feedback even though 30 days have passed?
The thing about tickets is that you can close them and re-open them as necessary. If you've sorted it out with the creator, you won't need the ticket. If the creator can't solve the problem, just re-open the ticket.
Another question, since the game appears unactivated now, does that mean that if i won other giveaway and then the creator asks for reroll, I'll get rerolled and possibly suspended?
You shouldn't. There is a note on your SG account explaining the situation. You may, however, have some explaining to do if SGTools refuses to allow you into giveaways due to "failure to redeem a gift." Until the original gifter replaces the game for you, or Support changes the feedback, your case remains unresolved.
Thanks for the explanation. I wish I could at least uncheck the received button though, since I'm unable to pass through sgtools checks, but I guess it's good to prevent abuse by some users.
Hi again, thanks for your help the other day. I'd like to ask another question. I made giveaways for level 1 and since most winners have infractions, I asked for rerolls, some granted and some denied. Now I have three 'problematic' winners.
One flat out marked as not received even though I already send the key and they already seen the key, I tried asking why they marked it as not received, even adding his steam, but still no response since yesterday.
Another one hasn't marked it anything, even though they already seen the key, but from his only giveaway, other creators have the same problem with me, which is they seems deliberately not marking giveaways they won for more than a week.
Another one haven't seen the key, but they do go online here a lot.
What should I do about these three? Should I ask for new winner or not?

You would try to resolve it with the giveaway creator. Failing that, create a ticket for "Other."
