Could you please tell me what the Steam message says exactly when you try to activate the key? And does it offer to install a different game then? I suspect this might not be a 140 key.

Here is the text, "This Steam account already owns the product(s) contained in this offer. To access them, visit your library in the Steam client."
it could be another game instead of 140, it didn't occur to me that it could be that.

Oh, are you not using the client to activate the key? Could you try that, please? The client usually tells you which game you tried to activate (by offering to install it).

Can you please follow steps from this post to see activated game? It will show if you really own the game and why you have error message when trying to activate. You can ask for help if you need explanation what to do.

Then you will either need to mark giveaway as not received, or if creator ask - decide if you want to give permission for deletion.

We can't re-roll giveaway with wrong key, as new winner will not be able to confirm this giveaway as well.
