I guess it never is. In my opinion life does not have to be good ... it is enough if it kind of works ... if it is in a neutral state .. that's okay for me ... things change with a little bit luck and work ... for the better.
Pretty okay. Got a raise recently, so that's nice.
My hip started hurting a lot for no reason two weeks ago, but it got better after few days, which was weird.
I'm also kinda sad that nobody replied to my userscript even though Swordoffury said that some people might be interested in it.
I should ask for a raise more often. In most of the jobs I worked it ... I did not earn good compared to people in similar positions. But to be honest ... I'd accept to earn less if I like the job and work environment.

I wouldn't ask for the raise myself, my boss just asked about what he could do to make me feel more satisfied with the job. And my pay is still less than what programmers usually get, it's just that the previous pay was worse than what grocery store cashier gets.

In literature there exists talk of a beast that comes equipped naturally with such a wand. It comes in many shapes and sizes, and stories say it's magic can create new life or ever renewing pleasure.
