I closed your original ticket because the comment from Mayanaise may be mean-spirited and unfriendly, but they are not breaking any rules. They are not personally attacking you or spouting hate speech etc., they are just voicing their opinion. I agree that it's an ungrateful thing to say on their part, since you are giving away a game.
My advice would be don't let it get to you. This is one person who doesn't appreciate the game you are giving, they are greedy and wanted more. But there are over a thousand other people gladly entering the giveaway who are grateful for your contribution.
