If I understand correctly, you're giving away Bold New World, not Meridian: New World. This is not allowed, the giveaway must match the gift. The winner will be obliged to mark as not received, otherwise they will get suspended for not activating a win and will not be able to access SGTools-protected giveaways.

If something is not in the giveaway list, usually it's because it's been given away in mass quantities elsewhere, so you can't make CV-generating giveaways for it. If you want to give those anyway, without a reward, you can use KeyGiveaway or the Steamgifts forum.
