Hmm... I had a giveaway with referral link just as you and it got almost immediately shut down because someone reported it... It's weird that your giveaway is still active. So if anyone notices that referral link you will lose this giveaway and you would have to make it again. So the only thing what you have to do is to edit the description of this giveaway and delete that referral and everything should by fine.
