Hello. Here is a screenshot https://imgur.com/a/l4IotNp . Apparently, I activated the key and then I tried again and there was a little misunderstanding. I thought it was already available on my account. I apologize for the inconvenience. Can I somehow repair the losses of the creator?

Hey Aquifex,

Ok, stuff like this can happen. Good to read you want to reimburse the creator. Please be careful in the future.

The giveaway creator 1. went to a lot of trouble fixing with support asking for a reroll, figuring out what went wrong, sorting it out with the new winner and 2. had to buy a new, working key.

Please provide a working key of this DLC to the creator or reimburse him/her with the value of the DLC in steam wallet.
