I read what the OP has to say. If he has a request I can satisfy, I'll do it. I always thank (and I mean it), then if I feel like adding anything in particular I do it (sometimes I have funny stuff in my clipboard and I use it).

I don't like just say 'thanks', but of course I really appreciate giveaway. I always read contributor's post so if he/she would like to ask sth or has a request I'm answering. For me it's better than hundreds of thx from people who don't even read your post.

Thanks for the giveaway! Yes, I use comments. I may sometimes just put thanks (or some variation) if nothing else pops in to my head, but I'll often add some other commentary. Anyone putting up a game for others deserves some thanks; I am being sincere with mine. =). I try to respond to the gifter and always read the description, and check out their links etc. Only seems fitting!

I think that the polls are just popularity contests so I don't always listen to them, for instance the one about Minecraft VS Terraria. I will look at them for laughs but not for an actual judgement.

I always mean it when I thank people. Though, unless they have a specific request I usually don't say anything other than 'Thank you' so it's probably just a mass of meaningless thanks to the gifters.
(Also, I gave this game away myself but then realised I might actually like to play to it so why not give it a go :P)
