This is no requirement, but if you could spare a minute or two of your time, please read on.
I have recently started up a Youtube channel. It's just a hobby for now, and not meant to be any source of income yet. So far, besides my loyal wife, only a couple of people have had the horrible idea of subscribing to me. If you feel like you could spare a couple of minutes, I'd highly appreciate you checking out the channel, and subscribing if you feel like making the same mistake.
Short info about my channel: I'll be playing various short to mid length games, probably mostly indie games, in what I hope to be a chilled and relaxed atmosphere. The channel will mostly include games that tick either one or more of the following genres: Adventure, puzzle, strategy, city management, survival, post-apocalyptic or story rich games. I'm not a math wizard or meta grinder. I'm just a casual human who'll be making mistakes left, right and center. You won't find any perfect playthroughs on my channel. So far I have completed 3 series. Ori & the Blind Forest (Sequel planned in the near future), Little Nightmares, and The Last Spell. Currently, I'm playing Frostpunk and Into the Breach. The goal is to always have 2 series running on my channel, with 1 video being uploaded in each daily. At a minimum though, there'll be 1 video daily. On the docket I have games like Ori & the Will of the Wisps, Banner Saga 1 (Possibly 2 & 3 as well), Stasis, Deadlight, Risk of Rain, Tropico 6, and maybe Europa Universalis 4. (Not too sure about that one)
I want to emphasize that subscribing to my channel is NOT a requirement to enter the giveaway.
If you've read this far, thank you for your time. If my channel is not for you, then no hard feelings. And do not feel compelled to subscribe just for the +1. I highly prefer that my numbers reflect interested people :)
With that being said, good luck with the giveaway, and stay safe out there! :)

Nice voice you have there, good luck with your channel xD
Just some thought from my side: indie is a fairly niche genre, especially for old titles, so your growth will be fairly slow. You still have my sub though, so keep doing whatever content you love :)

Hey man, thanks a lot for both the subscription and the feedback, I really appreciate it! You put me into double digit subscribers haha.
I agree with your point about older indie games being a very niche genre. I have thought about it myself a couple of times with the games I've chosen, or the ones I have in mind of doing next. "indie" could have been the wrong word for me to use, but it was meant to indicate to potential subscribers here that I'd be playing smaller games, ie not the newest most awesome stuff out there, like Battlefield, Elden Ring, Jurassic World 2, etc.
One of the main reasons I've gone the route I have, is because I don't want to turn it into another job, just quite yet at least. So while I'm definitely aware that my growth will be slow, if not stagnate at some point because of this, I've chosen to play games that are interesting to me, and not care too much about the age of it yet.
Also, I feel like playing some older titles will allow me to find my own format, and learn some of the basics about recording with games that are more or less well known to me. Like for instance how to make an intro, becoming better at speaking english to a crowd (I'm super introvert), and to work on not saying "Uhm.." quite so much.
But I definitely see your point, and thanks again for the feedback. I hope you'll stick around :)
