He just reminds us of force majeure. All of us may suddenly die (even not at the end of the world) and don't receive gift.

True. They should totally force him to retract it and explicitly state that he'll still give us the game even if the world ends.
If I win, and the world ends, and I don't get my game, I will send him an unbelievably angry note.
