FYI, the anniversary update is a free update to all copies of the "base" game. Unless you are referring to "The Little Ones" or the season pass, which is DLC you have to buy separately.
Yep. When you start a new playthough you can check a box for "anniversary mode" to add the new features for that game. If unchecked it may or may not include the new locations/ending.
did saw that button before, but never quite payed attention to it till now.....since i like the "RNG" i probs ignored it after the first time it popped
