When should I mark a gift I won as "Received" or "Not Received"?
You should only mark a gift as "Received" when you have both (i) received the exact game described in the giveaway, and (ii) activated that game on the Steam account you used during registration. In all other instances you should mark the gift as "Not Received" one week after the giveaway has ended.
It is your mistake to make a giveaway for the incorrect game. Once a key has been redeemed on an account, it is impossible to return it. It is also not the winner's responsibility to get you a new key, as this is all your mistake and not theirs. If you do not provide the winner with the exact same game this giveaway was for, then they can only mark the giveaway as "Not Received" and you will lose one giveaway slot for not delivering a promised game.
We would strongly advise you to read our FAQ and Guidelines. Do not ever encourage other users to violate our rules. If you are caught telling users to break our rules again, there will be consequences for you but for now you have been given a warning.
I understand the situation, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Upon reviewing my records, I confirmed that the same key was indeed assigned to the game in question. I have also thoroughly checked my files and unfortunately, I cannot locate a spare key for this title.
In light of this, I kindly request that you mark this giveaway as 'Not Received'. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

tsygansky was given a key to a different game than what this giveaway was for and therefore they can't mark this giveaway as "Received."
