I am the initial winner but this DLC is included in the GOTY edition which I already own. PAYDAY 2 had a lot of DLCs in the GOTY and even more that are not included. I got it wrong this time.

Gotta admit, Sydney is rather impressive with her Drum Magazine LMG, not to mention the details on her character model (and the perk deck, of course)
