Portal will ALWAYS be one of the best games ever (in my opinion). I have played Portal all the way through 6 times, I have played all the way through Portal 2 4 times, I have played all the way through Portal 2 co-op 5 times, I have played through Aperture Tag, and I tried Mel Stories (but it was so hard but I need to get back to that eventually!). So... yeah. It's amazing. Play it. And PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF FUCK PLAY PORTAL BEFORE PORTAL 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It can be very challenging but fun, there is a lot of characteristic qualities in the story, plus a bit of humor and a ton of fun! They really can get challenging, but they're not super hard :3 (Plus, I just LOOOVEEEEEEEEEEE the ending song- Still Alive. Just amazinggggggg)

It looks like it can get really challenging, I wasn't sure how hard it would be, looking at the game and a vid or two it looks like it would be hard, but a lot of fun. I can agree with you there, it must have a lot of character to it. I'm totally not...kinda listening to the song while writing this, and omg it really is great! ^-^

The Portal 2 ending has another great song- Want You Gone. It's just as amazing as the first :3 They seriously are both great games. The beginning is pretty easy to get and learn, it's just that once it gets hard, it's truly hard! You have to do some portal physics n stuff! And the achievements are great :3
