I honestly have no idea. You probably said or did something that rubbed me the wrong way back in 2016, but without the ability to add a note to blacklist entries, I couldn't tell what it was. You're off the list now.
Open the next cart in a private tab and you can enter it and click at the next cart till you see a other users GA. Then copy that link into your normal browser Tab and you are behind the problem zone :o)
By "private tab", I think Masafor means "a tab in which you're browsing on SG but without being connected to SG".
Easiest way to do it correctly is to use another browser (in private or incognito mode) ; or at least another browser profile.
Alternatively, you may look for the Blacklist Giveaway Loader feature of ESGST – it won't let you magically enter what you cannot, but you should be able to see the GA page and click the 'Next' link.
