For public giveaway you can re-roll if the winner owns part of a bundle. It's mentioned several times in the forums unless the rules has changed. Anyway I will request a re-roll and see what a mod says if the winner already has part of the bundle ;-)

For games and bundles like this, it's up to the giveaway creator whether to give the game to someone who already owns part of the bundle. Since he has decided that the winner must not have any of the Deponia games, the giveaway will be rerolled if the winner does have one of them. Feel free to ask support about it and they will say the same thing.
