a) With the new region setting you can execlude germany (by selecting every other country)
b) Facerig literally has no region restricted package. Therefore I am 99.9% sure it can be activated World Wide. The region restriction only applys to some games of that bundle. I am from germany and entered. In the unlikely case that it should not be possible to redeem it, I would of course agree to a reroll. Is that ok for you?
