It's temporarily unavailable right now (probably a transition phase), so the GA might technically be okay on that front but it looks like the Devs have auto-refunded everyone who purchased it so far, so the keys may no longer be valid.
You might want to check with support.

What I was trying to convey to the OP was that since it hasn't gone F2P yet, it might not be considered a giveaway of a free game at this time. The previously purchased keys, however, are unlikely to be valid and, even if they are, would probably become invalid soon.
