Maybe, you could think about a minimal level restriction because all tests shown that 40% of the level 0 accounts show infractions on sgtools (= unactivated wins and multi wins) and that are only the catched ones.
Level 1 is reached after giving one game away that isn't marked as free. Spending 1 cent are enough. I don't think that would be a too high limit^^

Different people done them, i am too.
But i have a double infection of a tooth root, which means very strong pain and other stuff, so i am far from fit.
