It is extremely difficult to check the winners since it is "DLC". You can add them on steam and check the pages though. I had this issue when I gave away several. So many re-rolls.
It was free on Steam, so the licence got directly linked to your account with no possibility to farm extra keys.. that's why you can give it away, don't worry, it's ok ^_^
EDIT: What I've written above may be wrong.. quickly checked and it seems the game was free in the Make War Not Love 3 bundle but I don't remember if they gave away keys to redeem or what.. anyway, it happened months ago so if you can select it from the list, you can give it away :)
Yeah! I read about that. It was given for free months ago in one unique bundle key with other classic Sega games. The key for this giveaway is not from that bundle, is from the Bundlestars SEGA Genesis Classic Pick & Mix and it's only for Golden Axe.
