I'm reminding Solnaga to check the winner to make sure he/she doesn't already own Hoard + DLC because it's entirely possible that someone enters this not knowing (or not caring) that they already own this game and if someone wins this game that already has it the giveaway creator can request a re-roll so that someone who doesn't have the game can get it. It's fine if they enter just for dlc but sometimes they just enter everything they see without checking to see if they already own it.
