I will explain it to you once again, since you have re-added a backlog game again.

You are trying to take part in an event called PAGYWOSG, which stands for Play A Game You Won On Steam Gifts. As you have probably realized we have a theme for each month. You can take part with a backlog game only if you have played all your qualifiying fiing wins, since this event is mainly for reducing your win backlog and giving those wins some love. Should you have no more qualifiying win, then you can take part with any other game that fits from your backlog.

You have two of those that fit the current theme:

1) TheShooterGame which would fit under shooters
2) Override: Mech City Brawl which would fit under games with a 4 in the app ID (appID is 709440)

Unless both of these games have been played you cannot enter the event with another backlog game.
