This is a game set in medieval time were you are free to accomplish or do anything you want. Build up a grand army of rushing lance wielding knights, a wall of foot soldiers and longbowmen raining death by arrows. Pillage everything and everyone or become the king of the land of Calradia.
Whatching down from the clouds you roam the land looking for fame and fortune, entering combat or town areas in first or third person you travel by foot or on a horse with or without an army behind you. Fighting armies killing each and every single enemy soldier to claim your victory and their loot. Assign your own and your heroes area of expertise and equip yourselves with all kinds of medieval warfare equipment.

This game is of high recommandation from myself. The original "Mount & Blade", "Warband" and "With Fire & Sword" is a game series I've been playing on and off even before I got Warband on steam where I've put over a hundred hours in it alone.
The game is really fantastic in it's delivery of it's combat system, making the medieval fighting more interesting than just smashing the general attack button.
Commanding your army "on the fly" on the battlefield while also being part of it is just really epic and satisfying, the full charge of your entire cavalry is just amazing.
