I can't violate the site rules based on your word, unfortunately. I entered the giveaway and did not win. Then, I claimed the game for free on Humble Bundle since I did not win in your drawing. I state this to explain how I did nothing to perpetuate this problem, since I was no longer in the pool of active drawings when I claimed the game on Humble Bundle.
I would do as you wish, but as you are not an employee, etc., of Steamgifts.com, I could be subject to disciplinary action for following your instructions.
As such, I apologize, but must request that you have a re-roll done as per the rules of the site. I do feel for your aggravating situation, however.
I got tired of requesting a new winner so you get the key even tho you have the game, just be done with it.
