Didn't see the ramble, but I understand your anger. I'd be probably pissed as well. The only assumption I'm making is that you already got suspended (I could not have known that) and it's within the one month grace period for rerolls, which is why it got approved.
I am not judging you, but please understand that I had 110 giveaways ending at the same time and I'm trying to deliver them as soon as possible while checking winners. I got burned in the past several times by people claiming they didn't get the keys and I'm very cautious before hitting that send button.
